Starting at 6 pm. In an effort to maximize the number of children seen by Santa, eliminate the risk of children running across the street without regard for traffic; giving children an alternative night to come out, if sick; minimize the auditory impact on the community, and to have Sergeant Webb’s horse present, we have elected to have this year’s Santa Sleigh stop at the parks and library of Culver City.
